Situated down a single dirt track road, and upstream from a steep gorge, it is hard to believe that 150 years ago the bridge was beside a thriving mill producing thousands of butter tubs daily that were send all over the country. The mill burnt down and closed in 1914, and the bridge is the only remaining link back to an industrial era long gone…..
