As part of its requirements outlined in Vermont Public Service Board Rule 8, we must complete and distribute Annual Reports. The data of most interest is geared towards who we serve and how we serve them. Below is a list of our Annual Reports, based on our fiscal year calendar (July 1 – June 30).

The Board of Directors holds regular business meetings throughout each year, in addition to periodic special meetings. The Secretary of the Board is responsible for recording meeting minutes for each official meeting. Links to meeting minutes are below.
