The Okemo Valley TV Board of Directors will be voting on proposed revisions to the organization’s By Laws on Monday, December 22 at 5:30pm. The warning and meeting agenda, as with those for all Board meetings, can be found HERE and on the “Documents” page of this website.
The By Laws can also be found on that same page , where there are two By Laws documents, located at the bottom of the page. One is the current By Laws and the other is the “By Laws Revisions as Proposed”. The proposed revisions are highlighted in yellow on that document.
