Today, the Governor shared how he thinks we should approach financial recovery as a state. His economic recovery plan includes how we should use the first 400 million dollars of the Federal Relief Funds we have received. There are numerous limits on these funds as of right now. I’ll walk you through his proposal and how the Legislature will vet this plan next.
