Currently, there are numerous limits on the Federal Relief Funds for COVID-19 response and recovery. This is requiring Vermont to develop our own economic recovery package, alongside a three-month “starter” state budget to get us through the next few months. Tomorrow the Governor will share his draft of how he things we should approach this recovery financially as a state. I will share reflections on his plan tomorrow and how we will take this up in the Legislature to partner with the Governor on the way forward.
