The renowned Center for Cartoon Studies is located in White River Junction. You can get an MFA in cartooning at CCS; during the summers, it holds workshops for the comic-inclined. We visited Melanie Gillman’s graphic memoir workshop on its last day to meet some of the students and see their final projects.
