Black River Good Neighbor Services’ Board President Lou Krefski hosts a discussion with Dr. Jeffrey Zissou and Michael Normyle, who are each representing Solitude homeowners’ associations. The associations have kickstarted a fundraising campaign in support of Black River Good Neighbors’ poverty relief efforts in the community, the demand for which has significantly increased during the COVID-19 pandemic.
