It’s June 2nd. In a typical year, the Vermont legislature has adjourned and citizen legislators are transitioning back to their other lives, away from the State House. This year, however, the education reform bill is still hanging in the balance and is hotly contested. Rep. Kimbell breaks it down for us as the pressures loom to pass something before adjournment.
