After a few weeks away from the camera, State Representative Charlie Kimbell (Woodstock-Plymouth-Reading) is back with Tom Ayres from the Vermont to give his latest update. In a “normal” year, things might be winding down in the State legislature, but things are far from normal. The biggest item in front of the legislative body, as it has been all session long, is education reform, which is presently embodied in House Bill H.454. There is still more to come on that, of course.
