The Book Nook presents the “Homegrown Arts Festival” at the Ludlow Town Hall auditorium, with three hometown authors: Jackson Ellis, Asher Ellis, and Rachel Carter.

Jackson Ellis talked about his new novel, “Lords of St. Thomas”, which dwells upon St. Thomas, a small town in the Mojave Desert that is flooded as part of the construction of the Boulder (Hoover) Dam. Asher Ellis hosted the Ludlow premier of “My Name is Art”, a short film based on his screenplay that wears its Twilight Zone inspirations on its sleeve. Rachel Carter spoke about her “So Close to You” series and her upcoming projects.
