The Media Journalism class at Green Mountain Union High School, taught by Mr. Jason Rickles, continues its work using video conferencing, during the school closures under the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order. This is a segment on coping with one’s mental health during the self isolation and social distancing we are all experiencing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
