President Calvin Coolidge is the only U.S. President to be born on Independence Day. To commemorate July 4th each year, the Calvin Coolidge Presidential Foundation on Plymouth Notch hosts a celebration, including readings from the Declaration of Independence. This event includes guest speaker Cal Thomas (a columnist / broadcaster / author), Tracy Messer portraying President Coolidge, and readings from 5 “Coolidge Scholars”.
