On behalf of the Southern Windsor / Windham Counties Solid Waste Management District, Ham Gillett presents information about composting at home. July 1st marked the start date of the final phase of Vermont’s “universal recycling law”, whereby all households must now keep food waste out of the trash. This presentation was jointly hosted by the Town of Cavendish and the Cavendish Energy Committee.
