A Public Hearing regarding the Cavendish Municipal Water System By-Laws was conducted at the beginning of the meeting. Followed by a Recap of activities regarding setting the tax rate and FY 17 tax bills. Town Manager Richard Svec proposed that the Select Board consider a lot line adjustment on town-owned parcel #1R06-059. A date was set for public hearing regarding adoption of the Cavendish Flood Hazard Area Regulations (FHAR).
