Scotland House is a community-based, non-residential program located in Quechee, serving VT & NH residents. It is a medical model program designed to meet the needs of individuals (age 60+ or who have early onset dementia) who are frail, physically limited, or isolated. This program was made available by Woodstock Community TV.
